Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers warmly upon arrival.
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards as per company policy.
  • Support team members and assist during peak hours.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Ensure bills are accurate and coordinate with the cashier for payment processing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance.
