Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards as per company policy.
- Support team members and assist during peak hours.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure bills are accurate and coordinate with the cashier for payment processing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance.
