JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly professional Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety of our properties and residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for residential and commercial properties
• Supervise and manage security staff, including training and performance evaluation
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments of all properties
• Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment across multiple locations
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Prepare detailed security reports and maintain incident documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and safety standards
• Manage access control systems and visitor management protocols
• Conduct site visits across various properties (driving required)
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct safety drills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred)
• Valid Security Manager Certificate (SIRA/PSBD certified) – MANDATORY
• First Aid and Fire Safety certifications (preferred)

Licenses:

• Valid UAE Driving License – MANDATORY

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management
• Previous experience in real estate or property management security (highly preferred)
• Proven track record in managing security teams

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent knowledge of UAE security laws and regulations
• Proficiency in security technology and surveillance systems
• Crisis management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours
