We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant / Secretary to support our Managing Director. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in managing personal and professional tasks as required.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation efficiently.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks as required.
- Be flexible to work beyond regular working hours and travel out of the country when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or Secretary
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Experience in managing travel bookings and related documents
- Ability to work beyond normal working hours
- Willingness to travel internationally
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in MS Office
