Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver cadet training in accordance with approved operations and training manuals.
• Conduct flight simulation sessions, including briefings and debriefings.
• Monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional training when needed.
• Maintain training records, reports, and confidentiality.
• Ensure that the Airbus and Air Arabia procedures are implemented as required within the training programs.
• Stay updated on aviation regulations, CRM, and human factors.
• Maintain valid licenses and certifications.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating.
• Minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft.
• Have completed a proficiency check on A320 FFS within the 12 months preceding the application.

Preferred Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic motivator.
• Hold or have held an ICAO ELP Level 5 or above.
