Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
- Control costs and monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relations.
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
- Support marketing activities, events, and promotions.
- Prepare and analyze sales and expense reports to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Valid UAE Driving License and personal car (mandatory).
- Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
