Role Overview:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities across multiple projects
• Interpret drawings & specifications, guiding subcontractors and skilled workers
• Coordinate fit-out works including partitioning, ceilings, joinery, flooring, finishes & MEP coordination
• Schedule material deliveries and ensure timely availability on site
• Enforce quality control procedures & rectify non-conformities
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
• Manage site labor teams (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) and subcontractors
• Report daily site progress and challenges to the Project Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of UAE experience supervising interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality)
• India’s experience will also work.
• Technical knowledge of joinery works, finishes & MEP coordination
• Strong skills in site supervision, labor management & quality control
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting tools
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
