Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including dishwashing, sanitation, and assisting with basic food prep when needed. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usage
• Take out garbage and recycling; maintain cleanliness of trash areas
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
• Restock clean dishes and supplies in their designated areas
• Assist with basic food prep or setup when required.
• Previous experience as a kitchen steward or dishwasher is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
