Cafe Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Café & Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our specialty coffee concept. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing café and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the café and restaurant, ensuring service excellence and smooth coordination between front and back of house.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and relationships with suppliers (food, beverage, and equipment).
  • Maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
  • Control costs related to manpower, wastage, and procurement while maximizing profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a café or restaurant, preferably within the specialty coffee or premium casual dining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of café operations, food and beverage suppliers, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Passion for specialty coffee, customer experience, and operational excellence.
