Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about services providing by the Company.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, environment.
  • Proficient in computer and call management systems
