Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly experienced Crane Operator with over 10 years of hands-on experience in operating various types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and hydraulic cranes. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, excellent safety awareness, and the ability to manage lifting operations on construction or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile, tower, or crawler cranes safely and efficiently on site.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure crane safety and performance.
• Read and interpret load charts, lifting plans, and job site instructions.
• Communicate effectively with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors to ensure safe lifting procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Keep accurate records of crane operation, maintenance logs, and incident reports (if any).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of crane operation experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Valid Crane Operator License/Certification (as required by local regulations).
• In-depth knowledge of load handling, rigging techniques, and site safety protocols.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Ability to read and understand lifting plans and site drawings.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in operating heavy-capacity cranes .
• Background in infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Familiar with GCC or international project sites (if applicable).
