We are currently seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in our busy and dynamic workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate workshop operations and staff
• Plan, assign, and monitor workloads, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff performance Requirements:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in workshop or maintenance management (e.g., automotive, mechanical, heavy equipment)
• Strong technical background and understanding of workshop operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification preferred.
