About the Role:
Oak Realty Real Estate LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across the office. Candidates with prior real estate industry experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative support to all departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, agreements, and property files.
- Coordinate with agents, developers, and external partners for documentation and registration.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, calls, and scheduling of meetings.
- Assist with company renewals, licenses, and general compliance tasks.
- Liaise with the PRO for visa, trade license, and other government-related processes.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain vendor records.
- Support management with reports, data entry, and general office coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in real estate administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
