Key accountabilities:

  • Provide appropriate administrative support service in the Faculty Office.
  • Manage the calendars for heads of schools.
  • Coordinate the activities related to the executive learning program
  • Coordination of students’ events and activities, including innovation fairs, camps, visibility events, guest speakers.
  • Coordinate student recruitment events and industry outreach activities, including visits from external stakeholders.
  • Collect CHEDS & KHDA research related data.
  • Assist staff with research related claims, expenditures, and conference applications.
  • Organize faculty committees and record the minutes.
  • Keep track of service contributions of faculty members.

Qualifications and Experience


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, education management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Formal training or certification in event management, administrative support, or academic operations (desirable).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, office management, or event coordination, preferably within higher education.
  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars, organizing events, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data collection and reporting for regulatory bodies such as CHEDS and KHDA.
  • Experience providing administrative support for faculty committees, including scheduling, document preparation, and minute recording.
