We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of parking facilities, assist customers with parking guidance, and maintain a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.
• Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and manage parking areas to ensure proper use of space and security.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving parking-related issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking areas.
• Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to report any incidents or facility issues.
• Operate parking equipment and process parking payments where applicable.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Preferred with ex military, police, security background or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and stand for extended periods.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and service excellence.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of parking management systems is a plus.
