We are looking for a responsible and efficient Administrative Officer to coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative tasks including:

Managing a busy calendar of appointments

Preparing expense reports and correspondence

Compiling documents for meetings

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with Tally and basic accounting

Strong oral and written communication skills

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
