Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects.
This role involves coordinating between various departments, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining project documentation, and communicating progress to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information across departments.
- Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and communication materials.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
- Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
