Role Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Growth

  • Implement the strategic account management and business development strategy to achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute customized strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and Carrier’s business objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Understand client business drivers, needs, and industry trends to offer tailored solutions.

Contract & Account Oversight

  • Manage large-scale, long-term contracts with a focus on client retention and sustained value creation.
  • Emphasize long-term partnerships over short-term wins, ensuring continued growth and alignment with client strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to joint business strategies that align customer and internal priorities.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • MBA is an advantage.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and key strategic sectors.
  • Knowledge of HVAC solutions is a plus.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in account management or strategic business development.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • UAE Driving License required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business software.
