  • Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
  • Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
  • Knowledge of MSO office and Administrative tasks.
  • Willing to learn and to work on a busy environment
  • Flexible in a rotation shift
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
  • Responding to requests for help and information
  • Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
  • Knowledge on Hotel Software
