About the Roles
We’re looking for passionate, motivated retail professionals to join our Dubai Mall flagship as Assistant Managers and Stockroom Leaders. These roles are crucial in delivering a world-class client experience, supporting store operations, and ensuring the team performs at its best.
You’ll play a hands-on role in managing the sales floor, overseeing stock movements, supporting team development, and maintaining the highest store standards. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a high-profile, fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Drive sales and support achievement of KPIs.
- Oversee stockroom and inventory management to ensure the right product is available at the right time.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Support daily store operations, including compliance, health and safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with head office and the Store Manager to optimise stock flow, allocation, and team performance.
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance client engagement and store performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience in fashion, premium, or luxury brands.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-focused mindset.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; retail systems experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
