Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our clients across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media activities, analyzing performance, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Oversee the daily management of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and video content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Manage influencer collaborations and paid social campaigns when required.
- Work directly with clients to understand needs, present strategies, and share performance insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and content formats.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
