We are hiring a Office Reception Associate to support our office team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Ensure the office and pantry are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage toiletries and pantry supplies, ensuring stock is available when needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Support basic office tasks as required.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and couriers.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
Qualification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Gmail).
- Well-presented, confident, and with a pleasant personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and positive energy.
- High level of reliability and confidentiality.
