We are hiring a Office Reception Associate to support our office team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Ensure the office and pantry are clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage toiletries and pantry supplies, ensuring stock is available when needed.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
  • Support basic office tasks as required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.

Qualification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Gmail).
  • Well-presented, confident, and with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and positive energy.
  • High level of reliability and confidentiality.
