We are seeking a Production Coordinator for our Dubai operations to oversee and streamline the production workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of interior fit-out and fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities between the design, carpentry, paint, metal, and acrylic departments.
• Review technical drawings and ensure accurate interpretation before production starts.
• Plan, monitor, and update production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Track material availability and coordinate closely with the procurement team.
• Conduct quality checks during and after fabrication to ensure design accuracy and finish.
• Communicate with project and logistics teams regarding production progress and dispatch readiness.
• Prepare and maintain job cards, cutting lists, and fabrication reports.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth site handovers.
• Monitor production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks early.
• Maintain organized documentation of all production and material movements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a production coordination role within the interior fit-out, signage, or joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials like MDF, veneer, metal, acrylic, and paint finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• UAE driving license preferred.
