The purpose of this position is to assist Security Manager and lead all Security Supervisors, and their teams, to provide quality security within Depots, MPS, ITPS & Network Patrolling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic

• Lead a team of Security Supervisors and Security Officers to deliver a safe, reliable, world class and customer focused security services at depots, MPS, ITPS & Network Patrolling.
• Provide effective communications and information with internal and external in an efficient and timely manner.
• Support the Security Manager to implement security policy and plan security systems for Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram.
• Participate in incident/accident management and crisis management.
• Represent Security Department at Police station, Public prosecutor and Dubai Courts following up Crime cases and liaise with company Solicitors.
• Visit security outsourced company’s accommodation monthly to inspect staff accommodation.
• Develop, implement and enforce safe methods of work for security operations and related activities.
• Monitor service delivery and manage the Security Supervisors/Security Officers to satisfy the committed performance targets.
• Conducts Performance Review, handling disciplinary, grievances on the Security Supervisors within the assigned area of responsibilities.
• Assist to develop and maintain of security procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct monthly Security Management Inspection for Metro and Tram in accordance with contractual KPI requirements.
