Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organizedOffice/ Sales Coodinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial tasks, including Admin Task, invoicing, and keep the track on files. They will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including managing records, preparing reports, and assisting with the seniors and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices
  • Customer Service support
  • Assist in sales and Logistics coordination
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with any work-related tasks required by the Managers & CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and TALLY ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have at least 2years Experience in UAE
