Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, share specials or new items, answer inquiries, and handle orders and payments efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food items (e.g., sandwiches, baked goods) alongside brewing coffee and tea, ensuring quality and speed.
• Package food and beverages neatly for sale or takeaway.
• Educate customers on coffee/tea blends, brewing methods, and sell brewing equipment by highlighting product distinctions.
• Maintain cleanliness: sanitize equipment, restock workstations, and tidy dining areas.
• Learn and apply brewing techniques, beverage blends, and food presentation to enhance product quality.
• Update displays and signage to attract and engage customers.
• Collaborate within a dynamic, energetic team environment.
• Comply with food safety regulations and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in food, beverage preparation, or customer service.
• Eager to learn and advance skills in food and beverage preparation.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Flexible availability during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, engaging demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence in a fast-paced setting.
