Job Responsibilities

The cleaning supervisor will be responsible for the efficient management of staff and operations, including:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all serviced areas to ensure company cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Operations Management: Assign duties, monitor staff attendance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper use.
• Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety and hygiene regulations on site.
• Client Relations: Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing and resolving any cleaning-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven, prior experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is essential.
• Location: Must currently be based in Dubai.
• License (Preferred): A Valid UAE Driver’s License is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attributes: Highly reliable, organized, and punctual.
