Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking all aspects of travel, including visas, flights, accommodations, insurance, and more. You will also manage social media promotions and create engaging video content to enhance our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and sell visas, air tickets, transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
✅ Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations, travel dates, transportation modes, and accommodations.
✅ Process visa applications, book flights, reserve hotels, and manage payment collections.
✅ Create promotional materials and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages.
✅ Handle social media accounts and produce engaging short videos (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to advertise services.
✅ Address and resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests.
✅ Enter client data into our software and maintain organized client records.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators and suppliers.
✅ Maintain accurate statistical and financial records.
✅ Meet and exceed sales and profit targets.

Additional Requirements:

Regularly create and post promotional video content to boost online presence and client engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Travel Agent.
✅ Strong knowledge of computer reservation systems.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English.
✅ Must be proficient in Hindi & Urdu.
✅ Multilingual skills are a plus.
✅ Strong sales ability and commercial awareness.
✅ Social media savvy and creative in video marketing.
