We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Front Office Department. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Front Office team, including reception, concierge, and guest services
- Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor room allocations, availability, and reservations in coordination with other departments
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain excellent guest service
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Prepare and analyze daily reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Opera cloud PMS and other hotel management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
