We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Front Office Department. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Front Office team, including reception, concierge, and guest services
  • Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor room allocations, availability, and reservations in coordination with other departments
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain excellent guest service
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Opera cloud PMS and other hotel management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
