Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Admin and Coordinator to support our operations team and assist the Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including client coordination, stock analysis, procurement follow-ups, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to sales inquiries with quotations after checking client history, payment status, stock availability, and updated purchase costs.
- Analyze client and procurement inquiries monthly to guide stock purchases and movement.
- Coordinate with salesmen for client follow-ups, new leads, and pending payments with accounts.
- Track and update incoming stock and movement.
- Handle confidential cost data while identifying profit-maximizing opportunities.
- Assist the Director and perform general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Experience in admin/coordinator roles (preferably in trading or distribution).
- Strong data handling and Excel skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
