About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee logistics and daily operations . This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across client sites, employee management, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License
• Language: Fluent English (required) + Arabic (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in UAE-based logistics/operations.
• Visa Status:
• Freelancers welcome (must provide NOC/passport for work permit processing).

Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and multi-location tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations / employee coordination.
• Manage on-ground teams and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements across multiple sites.
