About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, assist agents with day-to-day tasks, and ensure clients experience seamless communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and property viewings for the sales and leasing team.
  • Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and update CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions, agreements, and listings.
  • Support management with reports, presentations, and document control.
  • Liaise with developers, portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and other partners for listing coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding new agents and maintaining HR-related documentation.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in real estate administration or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
