Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government entities (e.g., Immigration, Ministry of Labor, Municipality).
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor card processing for employees.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other legal documents.
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws and government regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Handle all documentation related to employee onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR.
- Represent the company in official matters and maintain strong relationships with government officials.
- CICPA passes submitting and renewals.
- Vehicle renewals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Prepare and submit reports related to PRO activities and legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 4 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and government procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus.
