Role Overview:
A leading Oil & Gas company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Administrator with strong ERP system knowledge and a solid background in procurement, inventory management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Maintain accurate records through ERP systems for purchasing, stock, and asset management.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to purchases, expenses, and vendor performance.
  • Support management with coordination, documentation, and office administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and administrative functions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
