Role Overview:
A leading Oil & Gas company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Administrator with strong ERP system knowledge and a solid background in procurement, inventory management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Oversee procurement and inventory processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain accurate records through ERP systems for purchasing, stock, and asset management.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to purchases, expenses, and vendor performance.
- Support management with coordination, documentation, and office administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and administrative functions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
