Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator (Corporate & Operations) to join our boutique consulting firm in Dubai.

This hybrid position combines administrative coordination, corporate services and compliance support, and client communication.

It’s a versatile role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple functions, and ensuring smooth daily operations within a small, fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit documents for company formation in UAE Free Zones (DMCC, DIFC, IFZA, RAK ICC, etc.)
  • Collect and verify KYC/AML and compliance documents
  • Communicate with clients, banks, accountants, and government authorities
  • Draft service proposals and agreements, assist with client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal trackers
  • Support management in operational and administrative tasks
  • Ensure all client interactions meet premium service standards

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in corporate services, company formation, compliance, or client onboarding in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone structures and corporate procedures
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Russian language is required
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Organized, fast, and client-focused personality
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams/Hub staff/Zoho CRM or similar systems is an advantage

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Bonuses: discussed individually, based on successful project completion
  • Schedule: Full-time, office-based (Dubai)
