Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant with Accounting Experience to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will perform a combination of administrative and basic accounting duties, ensuring smooth office management and accurate financial documentation. This position requires professionalism, integrity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and account reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports.
- Support the finance team with purchase orders, quotations, and vendor payments.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory and procurement records.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial documentation principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
