Job Opening: Secretary – Dubai
We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and adaptable Secretary to join our team at Bizvibe Corporate Services, a reputed business service provider in Dubai, to provide both administrative and executive-level support to management. The ideal candidate should be flexible and comfortable assisting in both office and external meeting environments when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support to the management team
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management efficiently
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client interactions smoothly
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role will be preferred

Salary: AED 3000 – 4000 (based on experience and skillset)
