About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Hindi, and basic Arabic, with strong communication and coordination skills to handle day-to-day office tasks and customer interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, confirm riders’ and drivers’ shift timings, greet visitors, and communicate with drivers and staff in English, Hindi, and Arabic to understand their issues, coordinate with management, and help find effective solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Coordination: Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to delivery services.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate drivers and riders, ensuring attendance and shift adherence.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Demonstrate good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi, with basic spoken Arabic required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personality: Confident, responsible, and able to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.
  • Visa: Candidate must be on her own visa.
