Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Maintain the assigned bike in good condition and follow safety standards.
• Follow traffic rules and company delivery protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatchers and restaurant staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the restaurant professionally.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Motorcycle License (Category 2) – mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food delivery within the UAE.
• Good knowledge of local routes and delivery areas.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented.
