About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations, assist customers in finding the right products or solutions, and help ensure smooth coordination between the sales, logistics, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales team with daily operations, including order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Greet and assist customers with product information and service queries.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
