Full job description

1. Ability to prepare daily and monthly work schedule for 300 operation staffs

2. Identify problems during operations and areas for improvement in the process to resolve them in a quickly and timely manner

3. Prepare quotations on a daily, monthly and yearly basis

4. Professional way to answer a phone call

5. Manage customers’ requirements

6. Speak with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs

7. Document all existing client contact records and service work

8. Maintain updated client contact records

9. Arrange site inspection

10. Coordinate with Accounts Department in updating Master File on any changes, amendment, cancellation and additional contracts/services

11. Coordinate with operation team to achieve high level of operational efficiency
