We are looking for a detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive who will be able to handle Ticketing and other travel related services. Galileo system should be handled.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients (both Corporates and Walkin) with flight options, date changes, refund procedures, and travel requirements.
· Handle flight bookings using GDS system – Galileo
· Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per airline policies.
· Book Transportation and Hotel reservations on behalf of clients
· Manage group bookings and special fare requests.
· Provide accurate fare quotes, compare airline options, and apply promotional fares.
· Ensure correct issuance of tickets with proper fare rules, baggage allowance, and itinerary details.
· Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for ticket confirmations and schedule changes
· Maintain passenger records, PNRs, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
· Maintain a courteous and professional approach while handling customer queries via phone, email, or in person
· Prepare daily sales reports and maintain record of issued tickets.
· Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, payments, and supplier reconciliation
· Stay updated with airline schedules, travel restrictions, visa and transit policies
Requirements:
· 1 to 2 years’ experience in Ticketing
· Galileo system should be handled
· In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
· Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
· Hindi language to be handled, Arabic is a plus.
· Ready to do shift duties
· Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
· Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends.
