We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper / Household Supervisor to manage a large 4-floor private residence. The role involves supervising 3 maids and coordinating with a driver, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and household organization, as well as managing household improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate household staff (3 maids + 1 driver)
• Oversee cleaning, upkeep, and organization of the home
• Manage household maintenance, repairs, and service providers
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects for regular upgrades and improvements to the property
• Ensure security, privacy, and proper visitor/contractor screening
• Drive for groceries/errands when required and manage household vehicles
• Plan & Schedule Household Cooking and Meals for the Family & Staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in household management, including supervising staff and managing projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Trustworthy with a strong commitment to privacy and discretion
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
