We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, supporting chefs and cooks, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, floors, and walk-in refrigerators.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures as per standards.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
