Full job description

A reputed and accredited training institute in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Admission Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about student engagement and admissions management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel prospective students on course options and admission requirements.
  • Follow up on leads to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and student data.
  • Coordinate with academic, finance, and marketing departments for smooth admission operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or student counseling (preferably in an educational or training institute).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
