Key Responsibilities

• Develop moodboards, design concepts, and color palettes aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Style and execute luxury events, weddings, and bespoke gifting projects.
• Lead the creative styling of florals, tablescapes, and décor, working closely with the floral and production teams to bring the concept to life.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Oversee on-site styling and setup, ensuring all elements reflect the desired tone and mood.
• Support creative direction for campaign shoots, seasonal collections, and gifting visuals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury events, weddings, florals, or creative styling.
• A strong portfolio of creative work (events, florals, or gifting).
• Excellent eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of premium materials, floral combinations, and decor trends.
• Confident communicating with VIP clients and suppliers.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Interior background ( Bonus)

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience at a luxury event or floral design studio.
• Background in fashion styling, interiors, or visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Personality Fit
