Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Provide detailed product information (materials, sizes, features, benefits)
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and product displays
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed
• Process sales transactions using POS systems
• Stay updated on new product lines and promotions

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
