Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Provide detailed product information (materials, sizes, features, benefits)
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed
- Process sales transactions using POS systems
- Stay updated on new product lines and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
