What you’ll do

• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Guest Relations Hostess, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will act as the main point of contact for all guests visiting Riviera on the Beach, creating a warm, genuine, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• You will anticipate guest needs, personalize each interaction, and ensure all moments are memorable, reflecting the Dorchester Collection standards of luxury and hospitality.
• You’ll maintain an active presence across all guest areas, supporting the operations team in delivering an effortless service flow and consistent guest satisfaction.
• You’ll handle guest feedback and special requests with empathy and efficiency, always ensuring a positive outcome and follow-up.
• You’ll build and maintain relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, ensuring recognition and personalized experiences.
• You’ll also collaborate with the Beach Club Management team to support special events, guest activations, and service excellence initiatives.
• Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
• You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.
• You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
