About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production/Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our events and warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of all productions, manage inventory, and coordinate fleet operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of event production and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Monitor and manage the movement of materials and inventory used for events.
• Coordinate with event teams to ensure timely setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Manage fleet operations, ensuring vehicles and transport logistics run efficiently.
• Implement and maintain operational SOPs to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide proactive solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production and warehouse management, preferably in events, especially weddings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
• UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join.
