Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and meeting minutes
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with document processing and coordination
  • Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors
  • Receive and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion
  • Assist in event coordination, staff activities, and other administrative functions
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and report any issues to management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
