Job Description
- Checks daily arrival list before starting the shift
- Welcomes customers to the hotel
- Arranges for special services requested by the customer
- Allocates rooms and issues appropriate keys
- Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment, guest’s preferences
- Handles incoming guest room reservations

- A proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment
- Problem solver
- Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
